About The Position

Experienced industrial sewers needed. This role involves sewing seats, backs, and arms for furniture using single- and double-needle industrial machines. The associate will also perform repairs, adjustments, manual re-cuts, and product inspections to meet quality standards. Additionally, they will support the training of other sewing team members, assist with process improvements, and communicate pattern and process enhancements with NPD and Manufacturing Engineering. Maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to all safety and PPE requirements is essential.

Requirements

Prior industrial sewing is required.
Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standing, bending, reaching, and walking for a full shift.
Ability to read, write, and assist in training others.
A self-motivated, accountable, customer-focused mindset aligned with company values.
