Requirements
- A proven track record with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- Strong grasp of sewer and drain systems, repair methods, and maintenance techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
- Ability to assess customer situations and present clear, professional solutions
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services
- Background in 100% commission sales environments
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging outside sales consultations to homeowners, focusing on sewer and drain services
- Assess each situation, diagnose sewer and drain concerns, and confidently recommend repairs that truly fit the customer's needs and build homeowner's trust
- Translate technical findings, installation methods, and service options into clear, professional communication
- Leverage your expertise in general plumbing, camera operation, drain diagnostics, and industry tools
- Track plumbing repairs, sewer work, and re-pipe jobs daily to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule
- Drive sales performance to exceed $300,000/month
- Address contract and performance questions with customers and supervisors, resolving concerns professionally
- Represent As You Wish with pride, uphold company standards, and operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
