We’re looking for an experienced Sewer & Drain Lead Installer to take ownership of residential and light commercial sewer and drain replacement projects. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven you’ll lead jobs from start to finish, ensure work is done right the first time, and mentor crew members in the field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sewer and drain installation experience
• Proven ability to lead or oversee job sites
• Strong understanding of sewer materials, fittings, grading, and code compliance
• Ability to operate excavation equipment or willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead sewer and drain replacement projects from start to finish
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and permit requirements
• Diagnose sewer and drain issues and determine the correct installation approach
• Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality and safety
• Train and guide installers and helpers on proper techniques and job expectations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers, inspectors, and internal teams
