About The Position

Join Our Sacramento Team as a Sewer & Drain Sales Advisor! Are you a skilled plumbing or sewer professional who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions? We're looking for a motivated Sewer & Drain Sales Advisor to assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through project completion. In this role, you'll combine your technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills to diagnose sewer, drain, and plumbing issues, prepare accurate estimates, and help customers make informed decisions about repairs and replacements.

Requirements

  • Must have previous sales experience.
  • Plumbing, sewer, drain, or in-home service sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, drain, and sewer systems.
  • Ability to diagnose plumbing and sewer issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong estimating, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather and job site conditions.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with residential and light commercial customers to assess sewer, drain, and plumbing needs.
  • Diagnose plumbing, sewer, and drain issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and present proposals for sewer, drain, and plumbing services.
  • Evaluate job requirements, including excavation or access needs, to develop complete project scopes.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and project information with technicians and vendors.
  • Ensure sold work meets quality standards and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and customer records.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training while following company policies and safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
