About The Position
Our Sewer cleaning team is looking for a new Sewer Cleaning Team Leader to serve as a working leader for our sewer cleaning crew. This position will be responsible for directing and participating in the cleaning and upkeep of our 1200+ line miles of City sewer systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in the cleaning and evaluation of sewer systems.
- At least two years leading or directing the work of others.
- Valid Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brakes and tank endorsements.
- Missouri Water Environment Association (MWEA) Class C Collection Systems Operator Certification required within probationary period.
- Proof of United States Citizenship/Authorization to Work in the United States.
- Must complete the City of Springfield on-line application in its entirety.
