Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
2+ years of experience in sewer and drain cleaning (residential preferred)
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Technical knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Customer focused
Problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

EPA – Universal Certification preferred
OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve residential drain and sewer issues
Use specialized equipment such as snakes, jetters, augers, and video inspection tools
Clean and clear clogged drains in sinks, tubs, toilets, and main lines
Perform sewer line inspections and identify blockages, breaks, or root intrusion
Provide detailed explanations and options to customers in a clear, friendly manner
Complete paperwork and service records accurately and on time
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
