Severe Behavior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position

Requirements
- Experience working in crisis situations including severe aggression, self-injurious behavior, and property destruction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.
- All day availability Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
- Background check, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy.
- Work 2:1 with patients and families to reach individualized goals supervised by a BCBA.
- Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting.
- Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team.
