Responsibilities
- Efficiently set up and configure manufacturing machinery to meet production specifications and safety standards within set timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure all machinery operates at peak performance with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with production team and engineers to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiencies.
- Precisely document setup processes and maintenance activities for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.
- Assist in training operators and new technicians on machinery operation and safety protocols.
