Requirements

1-4 years of experience

Nice To Haves

2-year technical degree
5+ years, including experience with clean room medical device manufacturing

Responsibilities

Perform mold setups according to procedures/standards.
Knowledge of injection molding machines and ancillary equipment such as material handling systems, dryers, ultrasonic welders, etc.
Coordinate with Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Assist in troubleshooting issues as appropriate.
Continually suggest and implement ideas to improve setup efficiency, as well as safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
