About The Position

The Setup Tech Endforming is responsible for end forming and performing tooling changeovers with a clear understanding and knowledge of safety and quality systems. This role involves conducting and promoting safety lock-out tag-out procedures, performing set-ups and adjustments to EF/CNC equipment, and managing tooling, 5S, and inspections. The position also includes minor preventative machine and tool maintenance, and knowledge, execution, and communication of escalation procedures. Incorrect steps or errors can lead to failure modes affecting safe vehicle operation, non-compliance with government regulations, and potential endangerment of the end-user.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M Testing
• ISO 14001 / Regulatory Requirements
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical / Problem-Solving Skills
• Quality Systems (IATF, ISO, etc.) - Design / Management
• Blueprint Reading
• Measuring Via Optical Comparator, Calipers, and Scales
