About The Position

This role is responsible for the setup and operation of CNC equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production. Key duties include tooling changeovers, programming, processing new and current parts, and making necessary adjustments. The position requires a strong understanding of safety and quality systems, including Lock Out Tag Out procedures. The associate will perform minor maintenance on machines and tools, conduct inspections, and adhere to 5S principles. Effective communication and knowledge of escalation procedures are also essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M Testing
• ISO 14001 / Regulatory Requirements
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical / Problem-Solving Skills
• Quality Systems (IATF, ISO, etc.) - Design / Management
• Blueprint Reading
• Measuring Via Calipers and Scales

Responsibilities

• Tooling Changeover with Clear Understanding and Knowledge of Safety / Quality Systems
• New / Current Part Programming / Processing And Form Adjustments
• Safe and efficient operation of production equipment and processes for which the associate has been qualified
• Conduct and Promote Safety Lock Out Tag Out and Performs In A Safe Working Manner
• Performs Set Up / Adjustments To CNC Equipment
• Performs Tooling, 5S, and Inspections
• Minor Preventative Machine & Tool Maintenance
• Operate Production Equipment
