Capturis - Setup Specialist
About The Position
Setup Specialists assertively and persistently ensure the exactness of new property information as it is gathered and entered into the Conservice database. This includes gathering information from clients and account managers, entering and importing data, and ensuring that all entered information is correct and up to date. Success in this position will be measured by the team member’s ability to successfully set up assigned portfolios in a timely and accurate manner, their ability to solve problems as they arise, and their conduct when communicating with clients. We value accountability here at Conservice, so a strong sense of personal responsibility is a high priority. Requirements
- Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
- Can prioritize your workload and proactively manage your time
- Can independently analyze and reason to make unaided decisions

- Expert at solving issues using the resources and tools provided
- Enjoy working with others
Responsibilities
- Requesting information from clients and following up through email or phone
- Inputting sensitive information into the Conservice database and creating a general ledger file
- Joining clients and account representatives on conference calls to discuss the Capturis process
- The gathering and setup of information related to the Capturis process
