About The Position
Setup & Refurb Technicians recondition equipment so it can be returned to customers in like-new condition. The role supports safe work practices and quality standards while completing equipment and parts refurbishment, cleaning, painting, maintenance, testing, and related warehouse tasks. Technicians use assigned programs to log daily work, meet scheduling deadlines, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. This is a full-time position based at 1740 Cofrin Dr, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED.
- At least 1 year of professional work experience.
- Demonstrated electrical or mechanical ability, or the ability to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to use electrical or mechanical testing equipment, or the ability to learn.
- Ability to operate within corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
- Results-oriented approach and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external contacts.
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, multitask, think critically, work accurately and thoroughly, and solve problems.
- Ability to adapt to workplace changes or reassignment of duties.

Responsibilities
- Support a safe work environment by practicing safe working techniques and complying with safety programs.
- Ensure products meet or exceed quality and performance standards.
- Improve process efficiency and contribute to continual improvement using Lean tools.
- Recondition parts and equipment as directed.
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning, painting, and maintenance duties as directed.
- Dismantle old machines.
- Assist with inventory, warehouse tasks, and delivery preparations.
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines.
- Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Test equipment to verify it is operational before returning it to inventory.
- Use associated programs to log daily assignments.
- Work as a team player and help unify the team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
