About The Position

This SOC1 key control ensures that SIG updates to fulfillment systems are complete, accurate and aligned with direction documentation provided to SIG as part of the larger implementation process. As issues are identified, they are logged in tracking software and shared with upstream partners for correction. Subsequent updates are reviewed until resolution of all outstanding issues is complete. Application of your detailed configuration and product knowledge to identify gaps in plan specific rules by reviewing fulfilment systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience (4-6 years) in DC Implementation or plan configuration systems
• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
• Attention to detail
• Ability to balance competing priorities
• Quality and operations background
• Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements for Defined Contribution
• Deep working knowledge of DC products & services (Auto-enrollment, AIP, Loans, Vesting, etc)
• Deep working knowledge of key fulfillment systems (FPRS, WPDT, Product Central, IPW, etc)
• Controls theory and design

Nice To Haves

• QKA certification is a plus
