About The Position

This role involves assisting in the setup, adjustment, and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications. The Setup Operator will support the acquisition of operation plans and carry out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required. Responsibilities also include performing cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance on machines, monitoring machines during operation, identifying and troubleshooting problems, and administering operational processes while keeping accurate records of machine performance.

Requirements

• Ability to assist in machine setup, adjustment, and operation
• Experience with processing manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients
• Capability to perform cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance on machines
• Skill in monitoring machines during operation and performing repairs
• Ability to identify machine problems and support process optimization
• Proficiency in administering operational processes and record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
• Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance
