About The Position

The Banquet Setup Attendant helps prepare and maintain event spaces at the Hilton Pasadena. The role includes setting up spaces for events, keeping them organized and event-ready, and clearing and securing spaces after events. The attendant provides warm, prompt guest service, communicates clearly, manages time across varied shifts, and follows safety procedures while using equipment appropriately. The position may require nights, weekends, and occasional work outside regular hours based on business needs.

Requirements

• Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside regular hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces and maintain organized, polished, event-ready areas.
• Clear spaces after events and ensure items are secured.
• Communicate menus, answers, and orders clearly and professionally.
