Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Sensitivity to the needs, interests, and abilities of residents with varying cognitive levels.

Responsibilities
Polite and respectful to residents.
Unpack boxes.
Communicate with residents regarding placement of their belongings, dishes, clothing, linens, etc.
Make helpful suggestions when asked regarding placement of belongings and/or furniture.
Clean and dust furniture as needed and time permits.
Clean mirrors and glass as needed and time permits.
Show resident their storage area and parking space when asked and necessary.
Place work orders when needed.
Answer any questions and/or direct to the contact person when asked.
Dispose of all boxes, paper and trash at the end of the move.
Report resident total working hours on worksheet for monthly billing
Participates in additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, aligned with qualifications and can be reasonably expected to be completed with minimal orientation.
