About The Position
TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Settlement Processor to support the day-to-day transaction processes. This role will work closely with the Director of Finance and broader finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintenance of financial records, and support of core accounting workflows. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to work within a fast-paced, service-driven organization. This in-person role will be based in North Potomac, MD.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent
- 2+ years of title specific or similar experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Highly dependable and follows through on tasks
- Takes pride in accuracy and organization
- Team player who supports others and contributes to a positive working environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a settlement, escrow, title or legal role is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry for settlements, rentals, and brokerage transactions
- Support commission processing by gathering and organizing supporting information
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Respond to internal requests for financial information and documentation
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the finance function as needed
Benefits
- Salary Range: Starting at $65,000-$70,000 annually plus benefits package
