Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Set Up Technician or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the packaging industry.
Certification in relevant machinery operation or maintenance.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate machinery according to production schedules and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
