About The Position
This is a B2 Shift in UD FIll - 7pm-7:30am Wednesday/Thursday/Friday & every other Saturday (15% Diff pay increase for nights). This position is an entry level maintenance position. This role will serve as a primary resource on preventive and demand maintenance activities within their current skill set while supporting Senior technicians with more advanced tasks.
Requirements
- Knowledge and ability to use basic power tools and ability to apply proper hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
- Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities.
- HS diploma with 0+ yrs. experience or Relevant Certificate.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
Nice To Haves
- Completion or current enrollment in a formal technical school program related to Industrial Maintenance desired.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Abbvie’s Code of Business Conduct
- Understand and follow all GMP and Safety regulations
- Work with Sr Level Technicians across several areas of Maintenance to build a diverse, multi-craft foundation for their career in the Skilled Trades with the intent of building skills and developing into a higher-level Technician.
- Perform Preventive and Demand Maintenance activities, support Predictive Maintenance activities.
- Vocational training to increase skill set and knowledge across multiple maintenance functions.
