About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. This role involves setting up product correctly and delivering it to the finishing area, communicating with the whitewood team to ensure the oldest materials are expedited first, examining parts for quality defects and repairing/replacing as needed, and utilizing machining and distressing techniques for special and custom parts. Saw use is expected, including table saw and vertical saw.

Requirements

Ability to read move tickets and produce product correctly before sending it to finishing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to perform lifting, standing, and walking throughout the department.
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and detail-oriented.
Strong focus on safety and quality.
Ability to use various saw equipment.
Ability to use a tape measure.
Understanding of product flow to ensure correct units are produced first.

Responsibilities

Set up product correctly and deliver to the finishing area.
