Requirements

• Extensive construction experience
• Ability to manage a field crew.
• Proficient score on the Set Crew Skill Matrix
• Ability to manage crew travel expenses.
• Very well organized with ability to plan ahead.
• Servant minded.
• Empathetic.
• Skilled listener.
• Patient.
• Able to articulate opportunities constructively, clearly and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Create a World Class Customer experience for the homeowner.
• Interact with Clayton accounts and Team Members to not only promote installation services but to also foster an environment of cooperation and elevation of the installation community standard of excellence and service.
• Serve as the safety leader for the crew.
• Manage and coordinate the logistics, materials, and weekly operations for assigned team.
• Constantly communicate the opportunities of the crew in a timely manner with possible solution for improvement.
• Manage and maintain all tools and equipment assigned to the crew.
• Hold fellow team members accountable for pace and skill development.
• Hold fellow team members accountable for their behavior and actions.
• Lead by example.
