About The Position
The School for the Arts (Music) invites applications for Sessional Lecturers to teach various music courses during the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 sessions. These positions involve teaching applied studio lessons and lectures in areas such as instrumental performance, music theory, and musicianship. The courses are scheduled for specific terms, with delivery modes including applied studio lessons and lectures. Requirements
- Minimum of an M.Mus. degree or equivalent in professional and teaching experiences for instrumental studios.
- Minimum of a master’s degree in music for MUS 120.2 and MUS 221.2.
- Minimum of an M.Mus. degree for MUS 813.3 and MUS 814.3.
- A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses.
