About The Position

The Department of English is seeking Sessional Lecturers to teach specific English courses at the Prince Albert Campus for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 sessions. The courses offered are ENG 114.3 (Literature and Composition: Reading Culture) during the Fall 2026 session (September 2 to December 7, 2026) and ENG 113.3 (Literature and Composition: Reading Narrative) during the Winter 2027 session (January 6 – April 8, 2027). Both courses are lectures with an expected enrollment limit of 45 students and are scheduled for Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 12:50 pm at the Prince Albert Campus. A valid driver's license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days for preparation and marking. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an MA degree in English.
  • Teaching experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required for any off-campus courses.

Nice To Haves

  • PhD degree in English is preferred.
