About The Position
K+S Services, a SunSource company, provides industrial repair services and supports products from more than 866 manufacturers and over 122,000 unique part numbers. The Servo Motor/Pump/Mechanical Repair Technician repairs components and assemblies, from disassembly and inspection through final assembly, testing, and preparation for shipment. On-the-job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Three years of work experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings.
- Detail oriented.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- No lifting restrictions.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with industrial control languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and evaluate repair parts.
- Complete final assembly and testing of repaired parts.
- Prepare a failure analysis report for each component assembly.
- Prepare a test report after final testing is complete.
- Align feedback devices as applicable.
- Prepare and paint completed repairs before shipment.
