Requirements

Bachelor degree is required.
Minimum five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required.
Three to five years of management experience is required.
Must be 100% bondable.
Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authorization to work in the location where they apply.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans.
Ensuring lien perfection on collateralized consumer loans.
Providing leadership to the servicing team.
Driving operational efficiency.
Ensuring an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff.
