Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is required.
  • Minimum five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required.
  • Three to five years of management experience is required.
  • Must be 100% bondable.
  • Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authorization to work in the location where they apply.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans.
  • Ensuring lien perfection on collateralized consumer loans.
  • Providing leadership to the servicing team.
  • Driving operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff.
