About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic Real Estate Servicing Manager to lead our mortgage servicing team and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient servicing of real estate loans. This role is key to delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of servicing regulations and investor guidelines
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing servicing team
• Oversee daily mortgage servicing operations, including payments, investor reporting, and data integrity
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements (FCRA, HMDA, CFPB, etc.)
• Manage default servicing (bankruptcies, foreclosures, hardship cases)
• Improve processes through performance analysis and continuous improvement
• Oversee loan onboarding, subordinations, and lien releases
