About The Position

Cassidy Service Partners is seeking an experienced ServiceTitan Administrator to support and optimize ServiceTitan across our growing multi-location organization. This role will serve as a hands-on administrator responsible for user support, system configuration, pricebook and inventory implementation, training, documentation, and maintaining consistency across multiple ServiceTitan tenants. The ideal candidate has direct ServiceTitan administration or implementation experience and understands how configuration changes can impact scheduling, dispatch, pricebook operations, inventory, and reporting. This is an execution-focused role working within established processes and standards. This position does not manage the data warehouse, write code, perform pricing analysis, or require SQL or Power BI experience.

Requirements

Hands-on ServiceTitan administration experience
Strong understanding of ServiceTitan users, roles, permissions, and business units
Experience with ServiceTitan pricebook import/export processes
Working knowledge of scheduling and dispatch configuration
Experience creating SOPs, runbooks, or procedures that other employees have successfully followed
Strong Excel skills, including working with large import templates and datasets
Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and recognize when escalation is appropriate
Strong written communication skills when working with ServiceTitan Support, vendors, and field leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an interrupt-driven support environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to validating changes before implementation
Ability to recognize how configuration changes may affect other areas of the ServiceTitan environment

Nice To Haves

Experience implementing, migrating, or standing up a ServiceTitan tenant
Experience participating on the customer side of a ServiceTitan implementation
Multi-location or multi-entity ServiceTitan experience
ServiceTitan Certified Administrator certification
Experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home-services/trades organizations
Familiarity with inventory or vendor-managed inventory workflows
Experience supporting ServiceTitan during acquisitions or new-location integrations

Responsibilities

Manage new-user accounts, permissions, roles, and business-unit access across multiple ServiceTitan tenants
Provide Tier 1 ServiceTitan support, troubleshooting, and user guidance
Escalate technical issues to ServiceTitan Support with complete documentation and supporting evidence
Track escalated issues through resolution
Execute approved configuration changes
Replicate approved model-tenant configurations across additional locations and tenants
Help maintain consistency and standardization across the ServiceTitan environment
Execute approved pricebook updates across multiple ServiceTitan tenants
Manage imports and exports for services, materials, equipment, categories, assemblies, and other approved changes
Maintain consistency between individual tenants and the established model tenant
Maintain inventory master data including vendors, warehouses, trucks, purchase-order types, and item mappings
Support vendor-managed inventory workflows
Complete validation exports before and after changes to ensure accuracy
Identify and escalate inconsistencies before changes are implemented
Confirm technician schedules are properly entered for upcoming weeks across all tenants
Test online scheduling functionality across service zones
Verify appropriate scheduler entry points are available for applicable job types
Review proposed configuration changes for potential impacts to scheduling, dispatch, pricebook operations, and reporting
Maintain checklists and sign-off documentation for recurring system reviews
Identify inconsistencies or potential downstream issues before changes go live
Participate in recurring ServiceTitan vendor and success meetings
Participate in product rollout and implementation meetings
Support voice-agent optimization sessions
Participate in recurring pricebook working sessions
Execute approved actions resulting from these meetings
Maintain written meeting summaries, action items, and open-item tracking
Escalate decisions requiring leadership or business-owner approval
Support the ServiceTitan portion of new acquisitions and integrations
Configure users, roles, permissions, and business units for newly acquired operations
Replicate approved model-tenant configurations
Coordinate pricebook loads and validation
Work with ServiceTitan's onboarding and implementation teams
Support training and cohort logistics during integrations
Replicate approved FieldPro configurations across tenants
Maintain report-distribution rosters and exclusion lists
Support established Paylocity processes once documented
Provide first-line support for basic desktop and IT-related tickets
Own and maintain ServiceTitan training materials, SOPs, quick-reference guides, video tutorials, and onboarding content
Lead ServiceTitan onboarding and training for new employees and acquired companies
Develop and maintain standardized best practices for scheduling, dispatching, memberships, estimates, opportunities, call booking, inventory, and pricebook management
Identify inconsistent ServiceTitan usage across locations
Recommend standardized operating procedures to improve consistency
Monitor recurring support issues and user adoption trends
Update training materials based on identified needs
Partner with field and operational leaders to improve ServiceTitan utilization and business outcomes
Maintain accurate and current ServiceTitan runbooks and operating procedures
Document repeatable processes so they can be consistently executed across the organization
Create clear procedures from established workflows and leadership direction
Maintain documentation as configurations, processes, and business needs evolve
