About The Position

You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready. As a Service Technician - W2 with Insight, you will have a customer-facing role with primary duties of deploying 12-volt technology solutions in fleet vehicles.

Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and keyboard; reach, stoop and kneel.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting is required up to 50 pounds
Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.

Responsibilities

Deploying 12-volt technology solutions in fleet vehicles.
Go through training for proper installation and use of our client’s hardware & software.
Provide your own tools EG: (wrenches, sockets, wire cutters/strippers, portable soldering iron, portable drill, etc.)
Demonstrate competence in troubleshooting which includes use of tools such as a multimeter.
