Fuel your passion The Scheduling and Competency Leader ensure flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to activity requirements, competency levels, and availability. This role balances resource demand across the area and region, optimizes personnel utilization, and minimizes overtime. In addition, the leader drives competency development by creating training strategies, coordinating assessments, and monitoring progression and compliance. As a Scheduling and Competency Leader, you will be responsible for: Coordinating short, mid, and long-term scheduling of field personnel based on activity requirements, competence levels, and availability. Balancing resource demand across the area and wider region to ensure optimal deployment. Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization while minimizing overtime and ensuring operational efficiency. Assigning crews to jobs and coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities. Developing training and competency strategies aligned with product line and operational needs. Creating individual development plans and coordinating competency assessments. Tracking training progression and ensuring compliance with competency standards. Supporting flawless execution by ensuring the right people with the right skills are deployed at the right time. To be successful in this role you will: Bring experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or field operations coordination. Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced operational environment. Show experience in competency management, training coordination, or capability development (preferred). Be comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams and field leadership. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
