The Scheduling and Competency Leader ensure flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to activity requirements, competency levels, and availability. This role balances resource demand across the area and region, optimizes personnel utilization, and minimizes overtime. In addition, the leader drives competency development by creating training strategies, coordinating assessments, and monitoring progression and compliance.   • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Coordinating short, mid, and long-term scheduling of field personnel based on activity requirements, competence levels, and availability.
  • Balancing resource demand across the area and wider region to ensure optimal deployment.
  • Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization while minimizing overtime and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Assigning crews to jobs and coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities.
  • Developing training and competency strategies aligned with product line and operational needs.
  • Creating individual development plans and coordinating competency assessments.
  • Tracking training progression and ensuring compliance with competency standards.
  • Supporting flawless execution by ensuring the right people with the right skills are deployed at the right time.
