About The Position

Baker Hughes is hiring a Services Specialist - Field Svc Ops to contribute to maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments at customer facilities as part of its Upstream Chemicals Team. The global team designs and delivers surface pressure control equipment and supports field maintenance, commissioning, and de-commissioning. The role includes field service work, pump servicing, laboratory analysis, on-site maintenance, management of maintenance facilities and field services engineering, and customer account management.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in chemical sales.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good understanding of Upstream Chemicals.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Background in chemicals.
• Valid work authorization in the country of employment; the employer is unable to sponsor work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer field inventory.
• Undertake field service work on clients’ operations.
• Service pumps in the field.
• Undertake laboratory analysis.
• Perform preventive and remedial maintenance services on-site.
• Manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
• Work with customers and undertake account management duties.
