About The Position

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Services Solution Advisor Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location, to serve as a senior-level technical advisor and solution architect specializing in SAP’s Digital Adoption and Learning Services portfolio. Design, develop, and deliver pre-sales strategies for enterprise clients by integrating SAP Business Suite capabilities with advanced digital enablement platforms, including SAP Learning Hub, WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, and AI-driven content solutions. The candidate will be responsible for crafting customized enablement blueprints across complex SAP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Technology Platform, etc.), aligning digital transformation objectives with scalable learning and adoption strategies. This includes leading client engagements to assess Organizational Change Management (OCM) needs and implementing data driven frameworks to ensure measurable learning impact and accelerated user onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Four (4) years involving each of the following: Enterprise enablement using SAP Enable Now; Designing and deploying Organizational Change Management strategies within SAP-led digital transformations; Technical solutioning for SAP Business Suite; Data-driven sales strategy development using SAP Harmony, sales analytics, and utilization forecasting tools; Development and execution of Go-To-Market strategies and demand management pipelines; Delivery of learning experience automation and in-app guidance; Executive communication and strategic presentation to C-level stakeholders; and Cross-functional collaboration to onboard sales and services teams to new tools, platforms, and change initiatives.
