About The Position

The Services Global Quality Leader – O&MU Global Maintenance & Improvement will provide global leadership across maintenance execution, fleet improvement, quality governance, and data enablement for the GE Vernova Wind Services portfolio. The role is accountable for driving standardized, safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations while aligning field operations, engineering, fleet performance, digital, quality, and commercial stakeholders to deliver integrated end-to-end outcomes. This leader will own the global maintenance execution agenda, including fleet improvements, top issues, required inspections, Technical Information Letter-related activities, resource planning, vendor strategy, Built in Quality implementation, and critical safety and quality programs. The role requires enterprise-level influence, strong business acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to build global capability across a complex services environment.

Requirements

  • Significant leadership experience in wind, power generation, industrial services, field operations, maintenance execution, quality, engineering, fleet performance, or a related operational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global or regional teams, programs, or operating mechanisms across matrixed functions.
  • Strong domain expertise in maintenance execution, field resource planning, vendor management, operational performance management, and customer-facing service delivery.
  • Proven ability to connect operational decisions with financial outcomes, customer commitments, safety performance, and long-term fleet reliability.
  • Experience using data, analytics, quality metrics, and operational governance to improve execution performance and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, fleet performance, digital, quality, and commercial teams.
  • Enterprise mindset with the ability to shape standards and operating rhythms across a global services portfolio.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to operate with high visibility across internal leadership, customers, and strategic supplier partners.
  • Advanced problem-solving capability in environments with competing labor capacity, vendor availability, materials, budget, operational priorities, and customer commitments.
  • Strong talent judgment with the ability to build, develop, and elevate leaders in a complex global services organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee global inspections required as part of normal maintenance activities and Technical Information Letter-related execution.
  • Drive standardized, safe, and efficient field operations through global maintenance governance, execution excellence, and operational discipline.
  • Align field operations, engineering, fleet performance, digital, quality, and commercial stakeholders to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
  • Own global resource planning and vendor strategy to optimize capacity, prioritization, execution readiness, and cost performance.
  • Improve financial outcomes through self-perform optimization, bundled maintenance strategies, and pricing standardization.
  • Advance operational excellence by improving productivity, execution quality, on-time completion, and audit performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership for data architecture, analytics, and data quality to support operational decision-making and performance transparency.
  • Establish scalable data standards, models, and pipelines that improve transparency, business insight, and decision quality.
  • Expand quality governance and performance visibility across maintenance and Technical Intervention programs.
  • Lead Built in Quality implementation across the O&MU enterprise, including defining and implementing critical quality controls and standards.
  • Orchestrate critical safety and quality programs across operational functions, including implementation decisions and program management coordination.
  • Build organizational capability by assessing, hiring, developing, and elevating leaders who can operate effectively in a complex global services environment.
  • Reinforce Zero Harm principles and strengthen safety leadership across field execution, quality, and operational governance.
