About The Position

We’re looking for a Services Account Executive to help build and grow our Business & Technology Services (BTS) practice and take our enterprise client relationships to the next level. In this role, you’ll work directly with senior business and technology leaders to uncover strategic opportunities, understand their challenges, and connect them with solutions that create real business impact. From shaping the opportunity and developing the Statement of Work to closing the deal and supporting delivery, you’ll play a key role in growing both our services business and our client partnerships. If you’re a consultative technology sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building executive relationships, and turning complex client challenges into winning solutions, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we continue to grow our services offering.

Staffing experience is valuable, but staffing-only sales experience is not sufficient on its own.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain VP and C-suite relationships, hold a business-value conversation without relying on a technical SME, and expand named accounts from an initial opportunity into broader services relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping, pricing and negotiating statements of work, including deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, milestones and change control, and mobilizing multi-disciplinary technical teams against a defined scope.
  • Financial literacy across engagement economics, including pricing, gross margin, utilization, delivery risk and the difference between mark-up and margin; disciplined CRM use, forecasting and structured account planning.
  • Post-secondary education in business, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Staffing experience is valuable, but staffing-only sales experience is not sufficient on its own.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, government or another regulated sector is an asset
  • bilingualism (English/French) and eligibility for a Government of Canada security clearance are additional assets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new professional services opportunities within enterprise accounts, including prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and closing sales.
  • Build trusted relationships with VP, C-suite, business, and technology leaders to understand client priorities and grow long-term account relationships.
  • Understand client business and technology challenges and partner with Technical Practice Leads to develop tailored professional services solutions and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Lead proposals, presentations, pricing, negotiations, RFP/RFI responses, and contract discussions to successfully close professional services engagements.
  • Partner with Technical Practice Leads, Delivery, and Recruitment to mobilize technical teams and identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and services.
  • Manage your pipeline, maintain accurate CRM activity, forecast sales, and deliver against revenue, gross profit, and account growth targets.

Benefits

  • Compensation structure that includes both base and performance-based commission
  • A commitment to learning – training, resources and tools provided to all employees
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 6 flex days
  • Birthday day off
  • 5 paid volunteer days per year
  • Health and Wellness benefits
  • Opportunities to develop your career and grow in reputable IT staffing company
  • High impact role that changes every day.
