Serve as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of complex, enterprise-scale solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Define and own the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, security requirements, and IT objectives. Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and integrated ServiceNow solutions. Lead the end-to-end architecture and design across platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and App Engine. Architect and oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patterns. Establish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and architectural guardrails. Provide hands-on guidance in configuration and development, including scoped applications, workflows, Flow Designer, and automation solutions. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments to ensure quality, performance, and scalability. Design and implement reusable and scalable platform components aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Lead platform lifecycle management, including upgrade planning, regression strategy, and release management. Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators; act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges. Collaborate with executive and working-level stakeholders to align platform capabilities to mission and business outcomes. Evaluate and recommend emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI/automation and advanced analytics.
