And on the Datadog side of our business, our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity for organizations looking to drive measurable business impact through their Datadog environment. About the Job Are you interested in solving complex problems for large enterprise ServiceNow customers? We're the go ServiceNow partner for the Technologies workflows and are looking for engineers who are passionate about integrating the latest technologies with the ServiceNow platform. This is a unique opportunity to work with the latest ServiceNow modules as well as AWS, GCP, Azure, Github, AI tools, and more!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proficient in scripting and integrations on ServiceNow
- Experience leading ITOM implementations
- Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps
- Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
- 3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
- Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, UI scripts
- Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
- Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
- Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
- Participate in SCRUM calls
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
