About The Position

Morris Technology Solutions (MTS) is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a healthcare client in expanding and strengthening its existing ServiceNow development team. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow workflows and business processes, with an emphasis on Flow Designer, workflow configuration, and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform, partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and support ongoing platform enhancements. The ideal candidate is a hands on ServiceNow professional with strong configuration and development experience who enjoys solving business challenges through workflow automation and platform optimization.

Requirements

• Hands on experience developing and configuring solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience with Flow Designer and workflow configuration
• Experience supporting ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced project environment
• Willingness to travel to the client site in Springfield, IL as needed to support workshops, planning sessions, team collaboration, and other project activities.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Integration Hub, or other ServiceNow modules
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, or Script Includes
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience participating in ServiceNow platform implementations or major enhancement projects

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer automations, and platform functionality
• Develop and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog management
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Configure and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components as needed
• Support ongoing platform improvements, testing, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for platform configurations and enhancements
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new platform capabilities
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and other developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve user experience
