About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This is a Full-Time Employee (FTE) position located in Chantilly, VA 20151, with a hybrid work arrangement. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) solutions architecture. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert on SNOW and all its modules, including ITSM, HR, CSM, and SPM. Must have extensive solutions architecture experience with SNOW. Ability to create prototype solutions using SNOW training/testing instances. Analyze high-level requirements and recommend the appropriate SNOW module and functionality that best meets the need. Assist the client's SNOW Program Manager with tracking and reporting on SNOW intake requests. Help manage and update the SNOW roadmap. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively convey information about solution assessments to business users and executives. Provide executive reporting on the SNOW pipeline, assessments, and recommendations. Experience and ability to work in a multi-vendor environment, building relationships and working harmoniously with clients, PMs, and developers from other entities. Requirements
