ServiceNow Software Engineer IV
About The Position
This is not a traditional ServiceNow developer position. The role is essentially a ServiceNow Platform Engineer / Change Governance Lead / Unauthorized Change Detection Program Manager responsible for building and operating an enterprise-wide control framework that identifies unauthorized system changes across infrastructure, applications, databases, and mainframe environments. The successful candidate will need a combination of: ServiceNow Platform expertise, ITIL Change Enablement knowledge, Event Management / ITOM experience, Security and compliance mindset, Financial services governance experience, Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills, and Automation and workflow design capabilities.
