You’ll partner with product teams, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers to design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions—owning delivery quality and contributing to platform excellence. Hybrid work arrangement for Enterprise Technology is defined as residing with a 180-mile radius of the Hubs and Corporate. HUB LOCATIONS: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; or Bloomington, IL. Requirements

Experience developing on ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms); may not be on recent grad resumes
Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
Analytical problem-solving skills, clear communication, and strong collaboration with technical and business partners
Customer-focused mindset and dependable execution in delivery and operational support

Nice To Haves

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD (as applicable)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, or custom apps
Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Experience supporting enterprise architecture patterns, cloud concepts, and/or leading engineering efforts (for candidates targeting higher responsibility)

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact
Build workflows, business rules, and automations that improve operational efficiency and reliability
Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations; build and consume APIs to support end-to-end to integration needs
Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities to ensure delivery quality and post-release stability
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues, identifying root cause and implementing durable fixes
Contribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD where applicable
Recommend enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
Help shape reusable engineering patterns, standards, and modernization practices across the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams to drive scalable and supportable solutions

Benefits

Compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week
Potential starting salary range: $85,500 - $177,000
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
