  • Builds trust with stakeholders by communicating clearly, including delivering direct answers when a request cannot be accommodated
  • Actively contributes to team standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing beyond individually assigned work.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and notifications, including scripting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
  • Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third party platforms or internal systems, including researching vendor requirements, troubleshooting connection issues, and documenting integration configurations and ownership
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, tasks, and stories assigned through the team's JIRA and ServiceNow backlog, balancing incoming requests with planned project work
  • Support platform upgrades, ATF (Automated Test Framework) maintenance, and regression testing to ensure platform stability through release cycles
  • Contribute to development standards and best practices for the team, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and consistency across deliverables
  • Participate in requirements gathering and design discussions with process owners, architecture, and platform teams to scope new work accurately
  • Support ad hoc requests, custom forms, and notification builds as business needs arise
  • Continuously build ServiceNow platform knowledge, including staying current on new capabilities such as AI and Predictive Intelligence features, and applying them where relevant

Benefits

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
  • Tuition assistance
  • Established and active employee resource groups
  • Paid time off for individual and team community service
  • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day
  • Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
