ServiceNow Senior Developer (Senior Associate)

About The Position

The ServiceNow Senior Developer will work with Huron Digital and industry practice resources. Under limited direction, this individual is responsible to work closely with business process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements, and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. Flexible living locations across the U.S and Canada with travel required for client engagements and team collaboration up to 30%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or other relevant field of study
  • 5+ years in a ServiceNow technical delivery capacity; preferably with an Elite-level ServiceNow partner (not in an internal role)
  • 3+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules including NowAssist and AI Agents
  • Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED
  • Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) REQUIRED
  • At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification REQUIRED; with the ability to get a second CIS certification within the first six months of employment
  • Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI
  • Knowledge of virtual agent
  • Knowledge / Certification / experience with Performance Analytics
  • JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge / experience
  • Knowledge / experience with NowCreate / ServiceNow Best Practices
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables and workflows.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment and solving complex problems.
  • Experience collaborating closely with QA teams for testing and issue remediation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC
  • Ability to get a second CIS certification within the first six months of employment
