About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a ServiceNow Risk Products Engineer that is responsible for the development, configuration, integration, and operational support of ServiceNow IT Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules. This role partners closely with Risk, Compliance, Security, IT Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated, and compliant ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise risk management and service delivery objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on ServiceNow developer with strong platform knowledge, experience implementing risk-related workflows, and a passion for automation, data quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with the capabilities below:
  • ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and/or TPRM (Third‑Party Risk Management) products.
  • ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Issues Management, Audit Management, and Third‑Party Risk Management workflows.
  • Developing risk, compliance, audit, security, and vendor‑risk requirements into stories aligned to ServiceNow out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
  • Experience working closely with ServiceNow developers or architects on configuration decisions.
  • Regulatory and risk frameworks that commonly drive IRM/TPRM implementations (e.g., SOX, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR, operational resilience, vendor cybersecurity risk).

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or TPRM
  • Experience supporting highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, or large enterprise risk programs)
  • Microcertifications in ServiceNow AI, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or other related disciplines

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of the TPRM and IRM modules of ServiceNow to advise on quality solutions to business needs
  • An independent self-starter, with the ability to work as part of a team of engineers
  • Ability to translate stories into code using best practices that reduce technical debt on the platform
  • Vision to guide the product through automation and AI-assistance, where applicable
  • Triage, investigate, and resolve issues in accordance to enterprise SLAs
  • Development of approved stories in bi-weekly sprint cadences
  • Presenting non-standard technical solutions in architecture boards for approval
  • Refining technical requirements of new stories prior to development
  • Assisting in code and peer review of other team member stories
  • Ensuring production delivery during releases
  • Defect remediation in response to upgrades, incident tickets, and other unplanned events
  • Thought leadership for aligning to leading product practices.
