Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Proven ServiceNow Product Owner or BA experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and prioritisation frameworks
  • Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder sessions at senior level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to decompose complex business problems into deliverable platform solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present confidently to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-changing enterprise environment with competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow CSA certification
  • CIS certification is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the ServiceNow product backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, service outcomes, and strategic roadmap
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables
  • Drive prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams, balancing technical debt, enhancements, and business demand
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, expectation management, and value delivery across business units
  • Ensure UAT, release readiness, and quality governance are consistently applied, supporting successful adoption and minimal disruption
