The ServiceNow Product Manager, ITOM/CMDB (with HAM/SAM focus) owns the strategy, roadmap, and value realization of the ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and IT Asset Management ecosystem. This role is accountable for ensuring high-quality, trusted CMDB data that enables enterprise ITAM capabilities, including software and hardware lifecycle management. The role partners across business and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into product capabilities, prioritizes investments based on value, and ensures delivery of measurable outcomes aligned to enterprise goals.
