About The Position
As the senior ServiceNow engineer, you will own the ServiceNow platform end to end, setting the design standards, automation, and integrations for a platform supporting a federal national-security mission. This is a full-time, on-site position in Chantilly, VA.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Expert-level ServiceNow: scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
- Catalog, PPM and subflow design
- Mentoring developers and setting standards
- U.S. citizenship required

- A&A/RMF in ServiceNow
- eMASS, SharePoint or identity integrations
- Virtual Agent
- ServiceNow CAD/CIS certifications
- Enterprise-scale change management
Responsibilities
- Own ServiceNow platform design, automation and integrations
- Lead advanced scripting, Flow Designer and Integration Hub work
- Design catalog, PPM and reusable subflow architecture
- Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow
- Mentor developers and set platform standards
