About The Position

Automate the work behind a secure enterprise. You'll build ServiceNow workflows, catalog items and integrations that thousands of users rely on for a federal national-security mission.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• ServiceNow development: Flow Designer, Integration Hub, catalog items, subflows
• ServiceNow PPM
• Process mapping, user stories and UAT

Nice To Haves

• A&A/RMF or GRC in ServiceNow
• eMASS, SharePoint or identity integrations
• Virtual Agent
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification
• Enterprise-scale change management

Responsibilities

• Build automation-heavy workflows in Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Create service catalog items and reusable subflows
• Build PPM forms and flows
• Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow
• Map processes, write user stories, run UAT and write SOPs and training
