About The Position
The ServiceNow ITOM SME (VMware & Wireless Monitoring Support) will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow Event Management integrations for ScienceLogic-monitored infrastructure. This role involves implementing correlation, aggregation, suppression, and deduplication rules, configuring alert-to-CMDB binding, and ensuring service impact visibility. The SME will also implement automated incident creation, assignment, notification, and escalation workflows, and validate event processing and alert lifecycle management. Additionally, the role includes supporting operational reporting, dashboards, and service health views, troubleshooting event ingestion and integration issues, and collaborating with ScienceLogic and Splunk teams. The position also requires supporting user acceptance testing, production deployment, and maintaining technical documentation.

- Ability to maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
Responsibilities

- Work with ScienceLogic and Splunk teams to ensure end-to-end event flow and visibility.
- Support user acceptance testing, production deployment, and operational readiness activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
