Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of CSDM, ITSM, and ITIL best practices.
• JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Windows/Linux environments.
• Agile/Scrum, Jira.

Nice To Haves

• CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITOM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management solutions.
• Configure and optimize MID Servers and ITOM integrations.
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and CSDM alignment.
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams using Agile methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and platform best practices.
