About The Position

As the ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, your role will entail advising clients in the optimal implementation of their ServiceNow HRSD applications, aligning with industry best practices. This will involve conducting workshops, offering extensive expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD application, providing recommendations to enhance client value, and actively participating in all phases of the implementation, from analyzing business requirements to configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application to meet those specific needs.

  • Ability to define target process designs aligned with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to capture and document a thorough set of business requirements.
  • Documenting requirements or supporting the creation of development stories with associated acceptance criteria.
  • Configuring and/or assisting in configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application(s) to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of technical best practices and procedures.
  • Staying updated on the latest capabilities, functions, and features in ServiceNow HRSD and sharing this knowledge with the team.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to integration solutions.
  • Performing debugging and troubleshooting of integration processes.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and management of HRSD components, including HR Case Management (including HR Centers of Excellence), HR Knowledge, Lifecycle Events (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, transitions), HR integrations, Virtual Agent, Performance and Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Integration with other HR Systems, among others.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Hydro One's existing business processes through workshops and define target process designs aligned with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to capture and document a thorough set of business requirements.
  • Document requirements or support the creation of development stories with associated acceptance criteria.
  • Configure and/or assist in configuring the ServiceNow HRSD application(s) to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical best practices and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest capabilities, functions, and features in ServiceNow HRSD and share this knowledge with the team.
